Delivery Policy

1. GENERAL

Orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock when you order it, this information will appear on your order form.

2. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Orders are delivered to the address you provide on our website’s payment page and/or the account opening document.
All orders are prepared and delivered from the warehouse located in Cowansville.
Deliverers are not authorized to leave an order at the delivery address shown on the invoice if no one is present at that address to receive it.

3. DELIVERY TIME

The standard delivery time is 1 to 3 business days, depending on the area of delivery, the acceptance and approval of your order by the credit department, and the time at which your order is placed on our site. Note that due to COVID-19, Canada Post sometimes experiences delivery delays that are outside our control.

Deliveries are made from Tuesday to Friday, except on holidays. Delivery times are estimations only and are calculated from the order date. They are provided for information purposes only, and they are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order by the credit department.

4. DELIVERY FEES

Fixed fees are charged on all orders. The amount will be shown in your cart when you submit your order.

Sales taxes are charged based on the province or territory of delivery of your order.

5. ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT

If packages or products arrive damaged in any way, please contact us immediately at 450-955-3008.
